I received the wrong size product. What should I do?

We will issue you a refund upon proof of the wrong size product. We can issue you a refund if the order is within 30 days. To begin the process, please contact paygapstore@trusaic.com.

My item is damaged. What should I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For assistance receiving a refund, please contact us at paygapstore@trusaic.com and attach a photo of the damage.

What is your policy on refunds?

The Pay Gap Store has a 30-day refund policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unless it’s damaged. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase and should also attach a photo of the wrong size, damaged, or wrong item.

To initiate the refund process, contact paygapstore@trusaic.com. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on the options available for your product and preferred method. Standard shipping takes between 7 to 10 business days. Expedited shipments will arrive within 4 to 6 business days.
